Retirement of Employees 576. Shri L.S. Tejasvi Surya will The Prime Minister be pleased to state

1. Whether There is a Proposal to retire employees of Central State Government After Completing a Maximum Servicce Period of 30 Years.

2. If so, whether the Government will Mandate The same for All Employees of The central Government in diferent States.

3.If So , Whether the GOvernmet will Also Mandate the Same for All Employees of Different State Governemtn and 

4. The Objective Behind Placing a Ceiling LImit 30 Year of Service for Government Employees ?

Answer :- there is No Proposal to Change The Age of Superannuation Of Central Government employees The State Governmet employees Are Governed BY The Rules Regulations framed By Their respective State Governmet
